		<description>By putting all our regulatory initiatives on wind and solar, we are creating a bigger demand on natural gas.  While North American supplies are not exhausted, they are limited and their is substantial competition for their consumption.

California is now going down the path of future reliance on imported liquefied natural gas from Russia!

When the terminal in Baja is built-out, Alta California will be the biggest customer.  That could mean 20% of our electrial production could depend on the good will of Vladmir Putin.</description>
